Shadow Teacher/Learning Support Assistant Service
Structured training and supervision
Direct, in-school support for students who need individualized guidance to succeed in a structured classroom. Our Shadow Teachers work alongside your child during the school day to provide consistent behavioral, academic, and social support.
What we provide:
- 1:1 in-class support tailored to the student’s needs
Implementation of structured behavior and learning plans - Support with attention, instruction-following, and task completion
- Guided transitions and classroom participation
Social interaction support with peers - Consistent data tracking and progress monitoring
- Each Shadow Teacher is supervised to ensure quality, consistency, and measurable progress.

- This service supports students with autism, ADHD, and other developmental needs who require additional structure to function successfully in a classroom.

- Increasing independence over time
- Reducing reliance on constant adult prompting
